A refund will be issued in the case of service not being delivered or canceled before the service, or membership delivery starts. Please note, the refund will be credited on your account in the next 7 to 10 days after cancellation. In exceptional cases, the refund can be issued after service delivery starts. The FULL AMOUNT will be calculated after deducting TDR FEE (PAYMENT PROCESSING FEE + GST). Banks or payment gateway charges these charges, and we cannot do anything about it. We don't charge anything from our end to issue a refund.
